The existence of an above ground pool necessitated a deck area that could be lounged and played upon. A well designed deck maximized the limited space and the choice of Timbertech decking, high on style while low on maintenance, is further complemented by the white PVC railing. To ensure that space could be best utilized, adding Azek lattice with access doors underneath the deck provided coverage and elegance for storage. Planting Green Giant Arborvitae along the perimeter incorporated the client’s desire for privacy while also giving a lovely greenery backdrop for this private sanctuary.
Creating an outdoor kitchen adjacent to the existing patio, we were able to further extend the living and entertaining space. The Cambridge kitchen, exhibiting Onyx Natural Old English walls and shimmering custom Ubatuba granite countertops, is a perfect showpiece while adding ease and beauty to those outdoor get-togethers. The leveled counters create the illusion of additional space and draw the eye to the surroundings which are punctuated with lovely greenery and plantings.
